This course is for newcomers to the sport who want to learn the basics of indoor climbing. Although the primary focus will be skill development, you will also learn everything from climbing terminology to etiquette. This course is tailored for the novice who wants to feel at home on the wall and to kick-start their climbing progression.

Minimum 1 year consistent climbing experience and V3/4+ to make sure people are at a similar place and ready to start climbing specific training.
