Birthday Parties (ages 5+)

Boulderz Experience Guides managing the rope for a birthday child climbing the rock climbing wall. While five children sit on the floor watching the climber.
Boulderz Birthday Parties are so awesome! Kids experience rock climbing with their friends and celebrate a milestone!

These sessions can be made during day time hours and are great for school groups, scouts, church groups etc… and the climbing experience can be tailored to your groups needs.

Kinder Rok (ages 4 & 5)

This program gets that little monkey off your back and onto the walls for 50 minutes per week.

These classes work key skills such as balance, coordination and general fitness.

Climbing equipment is NOT included. Recreational participants rent at a discounted rate.

This fee is only required if the participant does not have their own climbing gear. Harnesses must be less than 10 years old and in excellent shape with little to no visible wearing.

Lil Rok (ages 6-10)

This program teaches climbing movement technique and concepts appropriate for their age and physical ability level.

90 minute lesson.

Climbing equipment is NOT included. Recreational participants rent at a discounted rate. This fee is only required if the participant does not have their own climbing gear. Harnesses must be less than 10 years old and in excellent shape with little to no visible wearing.

Participants under 18 MUST have a WAIVER FORM completed by a parent.

J Rok (ages 11-17)

This program teaches climbing movement and technique in a fun and challenging environment. Lessons build on skills in each class, and provide each participant an opportunity to confidently use climbing equipment and other components of the facility.

Two hour lessons.

Climbing equipment is NOT included. Recreational participants rent at a discounted rate. This fee is only required if the participant does not have their own climbing gear. Harnesses must be less than 10 years old and in excellent shape with little to no visible wearing.

ADvance Rok (ages 10-16)

ADvance Rok

This advanced program is designed for climbers who have shown a higher level of skill and motivation in our rec programs.  Climbers will spend more time on skill development and will be pushing their grade levels up in a fun and challenging environment.

The kids will have the option of attending a Ontario Climbing Federation ( OCF) local competition if they like.  The competition is optional as we are aware of some participants that just want to train harder and others are using this as a bridge to the competitive climbing.

Adaptive Rock Climbing

Adaptive Climbing “Have-a-Go” single session
  • For participants who require support or modified programming due to exceptionalities.
  • An opportunity to test the ropes and see if rock climbing is right for you!
  • Includes rental rock climbing shoes & harness – along with any other adaptive specific equipment required
  • Additional instructors may be provided at added cost where necessary depending upon the needs of the participant

Private Adaptive Sessions

  • One-on-one with experienced instructors
  • For participants who require support or modified programming due to exceptionalities and want to continue developing their climbing skills

5 week program – recurring 1 hour weekly class
