Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach

For success in this opportunity you must love all things climbing. Have a passion for working with youth ages 7 to 17 and willing to learn about proper training and development. You are also passionate about Route Setting and have exceptional customer service skills.

Along side of the Assistant Head Coach, you will lead other coaches and work with Team in the following ways:

    • Develop and support coaches, research and study methods of coaching and training to support various levels of development, technically and physically
    • Manage the competitive cycle – such as coaching all ages and levels within the competitive team, communications, federation registrations and communications and attend competitions as necessary
    • Route set for competitive athletes along with commercial route setting

Guest Services Specialist

Express your passion for customer service in this role. As the first point of contact, in person, by phone and via email, you provide advice to guests to experience what the facility and sport has to offer. You are flexible, patient and genuinely interested in guests having the best experience from start to finish. As a passionate climber you want to ensure others have a fantastic experience.

Working closely with the administrative team you will be stationed at the front desk:

    • Provide clients information about memberships or services, and guide them through participation options
    • Ensure every guest has a valid waiver form completed, along with ensuring any overdue payment has been settled, prior to climbing
    • Oversee Floor Supervisors are engaging with participants and providing support
